Kitchen & Dining: A modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining space that opens directly onto the south-facing patio. Outdoor Living: A spacious patio with a BBQ grill and a fire pit for evening sunsets. Unique Retreat: A 100 year old water tower with a hammock retreat space, perfect for morning coffee and wildlife watching. Sleeping Capacity: The cottage comfortably accommodates 4 guests in two queen beds. A 5th guest can be accommodated on a single fold-up bed, but this must be requested prior to your arrival. Work from Here: High-speed Xfinity cable internet is provided, making this an ideal space for remote work or a "workcation". Family-Friendly: A selection of children's toys, toddler cups and plates, a pac 'n play crib and a toddler booster seat are all available for our younger guests. Longer Stays: For guests enjoying an extended stay, an on-site washer and dryer can be made available upon request. Wildlife: The property is a haven for local wildlife. Enjoy watching birds and deer from the patio or hammock retreat.

This picturesque rural neighborhood lies conveniently between Fort Bragg and Mendocino, just a 5 or 10 minute drive into town respectively. The house sits on 5 private acres, so peace and tranquility are guaranteed, yet access to all the Mendocino Coast has to offer is just a few minutes drive away. The nearest beach (our secret beach few tourists know about!) is just a two minute drive away. Amenities such as Harvest Market grocery store and the Botanical Gardens are just a 3-5 minute drive. The beautiful Mendocino Coast has so much to offer visitors; as local residents we can offer many tips on the area's attractions. (Although you may not want to leave the property!)
